 2.  Grand Entrance (Fiberglass) – Cost Recouped 66.9%

 3.  Garage Door Replacement – Cost Recouped 63.7%

 4.  Major Kitchen Remodel – Cost Recouped 60.1%

 5.  Deck Addition of Pressure Treated Wood - Cost Recouped  - 73%
